Well I tried a single sub setup so I could drop my Sundown 3K down to .5 Well I wasn't happy with the numbers some build this.
6 cuft net with 3 - 6" aero ports tuned to 43 hz. I hopping it will peak around 49-50 hz. Well here are some pics:

just food for thought...maybe single sub numbers suck in you car...mine a GREAT. i was able to do a 152.9 with single sub and with 2 subs i was able to do a 153.8 My clamp power both times was within 300watts so in my case it is all about the box. But if u have a small car that is another ball game. JUST MY .02 cents.

TEST TEST TEST :23)

Well the box is in.....Aero ports :p75)) :p75)) man these thing move some air. Got some questions
1) What is the best way to seal around the ports?
2) How far should the ports be from back of the car?
The ports are all the way to the rear of the car now.

idk if u have a meter or not but every car is diffrent with box position. u will have to get on a meter and start moving your box and find your higest number. As for the ports..... try some silicone....pull the port out and shoot some silicone around the edge and screw it back down.

Normal rule for ports. If u have 12 inches of port, there should be 12 inchs of space from the end of the port to the next solid object. In some cars this rule is truen but some cars it not. Test and tune, move the box around and see what u can get. And if ur going for strickly burping then tune alittle higher. Just my .02

This is not strickly brup car. Needs to play music. I'll be doing StreetBeatz and Bass Race. I have a few thing I can do now. But i'm going to see where i'm at now before I make any changes.

Thanks for the advise i'll keep everyone posted.

also remember for StreetBeatz the windshield meter is at the center of the dash and not on the right hand side. So if your testing on the right side you might be louder with the center dash location. Center windshield 1" above the dash

Yea i know ...I'm also testing for NSPL. My thinking is if I can brup around 150 think I should be able to play muisc in the high 40's. I could be wrong be being NSPL is the main org I want to run in this year. My main goal is brup. I did cheak center of the window on music...does like 145 avg. I haven't check at the head rest.

XFL
My setup is in my sig....only thing that has change is I have 2-2400 and 2 Magna Power batteries. Gives me 366 ah.

u can always try changing the setting on ur HU. sub input and frequency. also play around with the gain on the amp. on most sundown amps u dont need to turn the gain up more than about half. i have seen when u turn the sub settings down u get a cleaner signal and it will sometimes give u a higher score. i noticed this on the couple pics that u posted.
